Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Nerkh app and this website handle information. Nerkh needs no account and collects no personal profile. We do not sell personal data.

What stays on your device

The things you set up in the app — pinned assets, portfolio holdings, price alerts, language and currency-unit preferences — are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to us and are not tied to any identity. Deleting the app removes them.

What we collect

• No personal information. We never ask for your name, phone number, email address or identity to use the app.
• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
• Diagnostics. Anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage signals (app version, device model, which screens are used) help us find and fix bugs. They are not linked to you personally.
• Support email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address only as long as needed to answer you.

Advertising

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve them, the advertising SDK may process your device’s advertising identifier and general technical data such as device type, coarse region, and IP address.

On iOS you are asked for permission before any tracking identifier is used, and you can change that answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads — they simply will not be personalised. Google’s handling of this data is covered by Google’s privacy terms.

Notifications

If you set a price alert, the app asks permission to send notifications and registers a device token with our notification service so the alert can reach you. The token identifies the device, not you, and is removed when you delete the app or turn notifications off.

Where the prices come from

Market data is fetched from publicly available sources. Nerkh is informational only: you cannot buy, sell, transfer or hold money or assets in the app, and nothing in it is financial advice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited technical data is shared only with:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications and advertising — strictly to operate the app
• Legal authorities, where we are required to comply with applicable law

Website cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing here requires you to accept cookies.

Retention and security

Diagnostic data is kept for a limited period and then discarded. Support emails are kept only as long as the conversation needs. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold; no system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk.

Children

Nerkh is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Turn off ad tracking in iOS Settings at any time
• Turn off notifications in iOS Settings at any time
• Delete the app to remove everything it stored on your device
• Email us to ask that your support correspondence be deleted

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Nerkh is an informational price tracker. It does not provide trading, payments, money transfer or any financial service.
